Seasons Aged Care Unveils New-look Website Via The Content Division

Queensland aged care provider Seasons Aged Care has launched its new website, which includes a new content hub designed to arm consumers with unbiased and expert aged care information.

Seasons Aged Care CEO Nick Loudon said the struggles of aged care consumers was at the heart of the decision to take a content-driven approach when developing the new website.

“The aged care industry can often be difficult to navigate, with confusion around what options are available at what cost. Family members are faced with a wide range of industry jargon, acronyms and confusing financial models.

“Sometimes they end up with more questions than answers when they begin their aged care search.

“With input and advice from a growing number of industry experts, our blog The Purple Room aims to be a one-stop hub that answers these questions with impartial information to help them make an informed choice.”

Alongside aged care industry information and money matters, The Purple Room also covers seniors health and wellbeing topics alongside resident stories, including traditional recipes and old-style tips.

“We’ve thrown a spotlight on our communities and residents through the new website and look forward to sharing more of their stories, tips and favourite recipes,” Loudon said.

Seasons worked with content agency The Content Division to devise its content strategy, and has hired an in-house content team to write and edit blogs, shoot video and grow its social media strategy.

The aged care provider has also partnered with digital agency iProspect to help amplify its messages through search engine and Facebook marketing.

“It’s early days, but already we’re seeing the benefits of focusing on quality content that can be shared and repurposed across a variety of channels.”
