Queensland’s Pizza Capers Launches “Tracker Tracker” TVC

Queensland favourite, Pizza Capers, is taking on the pizza Goliaths by introducing its new consumer champion, ‘Delivery Driver “Tracker Tracker”, whose mission is to track crappy pizza deliveries and replace them with a real, quality pizza.

Pizza Capers’ “Tracker Tracker” campaign launches this week in TV, cinema, radio, digital and social media. The hero TV spot features an Aussie urban tracker who tracks the big chain pizza delivery drivers using old school techniques (not gimmicky technology!) and replacing ‘crappy’ pizzas with high quality, gourmet Pizza Capers pizzas.

Pizza Capers general manager, Sunny Olak, said the brand wants to challenge the status quo by standing up for consumers’ right to great quality pizzas.

“The big chain pizza war has sacrificed pizza quality and generosity in a fight to acquire customers at the lowest possible cost. At Pizza Capers, we’re bringing it back to the quality of a good, generously topped pizza. The bottom line of our ‘Tracker Tracker’ campaign is to challenge our competitors where we know we will win – on taste and quality.

“This year is Pizza Capers’ twentieth birthday, so what better way to celebrate than by reminding the big American chains why customers are choosing home-grown Aussie gourmet,” he said.

The campaign launches across all media over the coming week.
