Quantcast Australia Appoints Three Senior Hires

Quantcast Australia Appoints Three Senior Hires

Expanding its Australian office to 24 people in just 18 months, digital marketing company Quantcast is boosting its headcount with three senior hires, starting in June.

PHD’s head of digital, data and technology, Peter Hunter joins the team in the role of commercial director, AdMaxim’s Chris Greenwood joins as group agency director and REA Group’s Darren Morton joins the Melbourne office.

Andrew Double, managing director, said the extensive growth Quantcast has experienced over the past 12 months led to the need to increase their numbers on the ground. The new hires have taken the team to 24 employees across Australia, with a further five new hires to come on board in the next few weeks.

“I’m delighted to have Peter, Chris and Darren joining my team, providing senior counsel to our employees, agency partners and clients. Their combined reputations as strong leaders will drive our people and business forward, creating more success for our highly-talented team and helping our partners and clients to achieve more success.”

Hunter joins as commercial director after three years at PHD where he led the digital team and drove the diversifications of services, including PHD’s internal trading desk.

“Our industry has never seen such change or complexity − success will come to those with the ability to evolve quickly and leverage this rapid change,” Hunter said. “Hence I am extremely excited to be joining Quantcast and working with such a talented team that is truly embracing this change and tackling it head-on.”

Greenwood joins as group agency director from AdMaxim, a mobile DSP, where he spearheaded the sales operations across the APAC region while Darren Morton will add a wealth of sales and key relationships to the Melbourne market.

“Quantcast is a fascinating business and without doubt the gold standard in using data to precisely deliver client messages to their target audience. I am thrilled to be joining such a talented and committed team who are so focused on great outcomes for client and agency partners,” Greenwood said

Quantcast operates as a data and technology company, offering its clients the ability to leverage its massive first party dataset using predictive behaviours to find new customers across the internet. Since launching in Australia in October 2014, the company has grown its business significantly on the back of strong local demand for its services.
