Adshel Boosts NSW Sales Team To Support Adshel’s Continued Growth

Adshel NSW state sales manager Kim Norman today announced two appointments to the NSW sales team.

Mandita Jacobs has been appointed account manager responsible for managing Adshel’s relationship with Mediacom and ARN. She reports into group sales manager, Karin Galloway.

Era Zancanaro joins Adshel as account manager responsible for Adshel’s OMD, M2M and Foundation agency relationships. She reports to group sales manager, Rebecca Ennis.

Both appointments are effective immediately.

Norman said, “These appointments are reflective of the strong growth Adshel has experienced this past year. Clients are continuing to realise the benefits of Adshel LIVE such as scale and flexibility, and it’s great to have Mandita and Era on board to support the increased demand from clients.”

Jacobs has over seven years’ experience in sales across a multitude of channels including mobile media, digital outdoor, online, magazines and newspapers. She joins Adshel from APN Australian Regional Media where she spent over 18 months as media sales manager.

Jacobs commenced her media sales career in magazines at leading publishers Bauer Media and Pacific Magazines. She then joined Fairfax Media and moved to Inlink Media. She joined the APN Australian Regional Media team in July 2014.

Norman said, “With her high level, multi-platform sales experience in the Sydney agency market, we are assured Mandita’s unique skillset will be an asset for the team and help drive Adshel into continued success.”

Zancanaro has over five years marketing and advertising sales experience. She joins Adshel from outdoor communications agency Posterscope where she spent four years, most recently as client manager.

Prior to Posterscope, Zancanaro worked at ACMN specialising in entertainment advertising and marketing.

Of Zancanaro’s appointment, Norman added, “I am excited to have Era on board as she steps into managing the OMD, M2M and Foundation accounts. I am confident in her ability to continue Adshel’s growth trajectory with clients and advertisers.”
