IVE Group Acquisition Creates Australia’s First Omni-Channel Communications Provider

IVE Group has executed a heads of agreement to acquire Melbourne and Sydney based digital and direct marketing agency Digital Logic Marketing Solutions.

The acquisition underpins IVE’s strategy to provide market leading innovation to their clients through integrated communications across print and digital channels.

Building on the creative and digital service offering of the Kalido division, the purchase introduces exciting enterprise wide marketing automation capability that will provide their clients with the most advanced and effective multi-channel marketing and digital transformation services available.

Digital Logic is a market leader in the automated delivery of dynamic, highly relevant, data driven 1:1 multi-channel customer communications.

As a Platinum Partner of Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Digital Logic’s clients can seamlessly access a broad range of solutions including personalised email, mobile, social, web, video and print media through a central platform to improve engagement and develop valued, long-lasting customer relationships.

As the only Australian member of the Salesforce developer community, Digital Logic also recently released Printid, the world’s first dynamic direct mail app, which operates directly from the Salesforce Marketing Cloud. Printid securely delivers direct mail from desktop to press in minutes as part of the customer journey.

IVE is committed to the Digital Logic business and will work with CEO Paul McGarity and other key staff to continue operating business as usual without disruption to clients and partners.
