Exponential Hires Another Two For Its Aussie Team

Digital advertising company Exponential Interactive, has announced the appointment of Tom Woodcock as account director and Alfie Lagos as platform specialist. Both are Melbourne-based roles and reflect the growth of Exponential’s Australian business.

As account director, Woodcock will be responsible for deepening the understanding key agencies and brand advertisers have with Exponential’s proprietary technology to help meet their marketing needs. He will also manage a growing team of account managers to deliver excellence and success for the company’s growing client list across the APAC region. He joins Exponential from open ad management company Sizmek, formally MediaMind, where he set up the Victorian office in 2012. He previously held a number of strategic account management and digital roles at Twenty3, MindShare and GroupM.

Lagos joins as platform specialist, where he will be tasked with managing Exponential’s product and service platform integrations for the entire APAC region. Lagos rejoins Exponential after taking a role as digital director at Vizeum where he was digital marketing lead across BMW Group activity. He previously spent four years at Exponential in a variety of roles in London and Melbourne, and most recently account director for ANZ. Prior to that he was in sales and operations at ninemsn.
