Managing content marketing programs has become increasingly complex as marketers accelerate the amount of content needed to support digital marketing programs so that they can deliver the right messages to the right audience at the right time.

To help marketers improve collaboration, streamline processes and better manage their digital assets, Oracle has integrated Oracle Marketing Cloud with Box, currently a vendor in the Oracle Marketing AppCloud. The integration is designed to enable marketers to quickly and effectively plan, produce and publish marketing content that builds digital dialogue with customers, improving lead quality and turning advocates into ambassadors, ultimately creating ideal customers for their businesses.

The new integration extends the relationship between Box and Oracle Marketing Cloud. It is designed to help marketers quickly and effectively plan, produce and publish marketing content that builds a digital dialogue and creates ideal customers, the integration streamlines content marketing processes and enhances collaboration.

“As demand for unique marketing content grows, marketers need an easier way to share content and collaborate with internal teams and external agencies,” says Kevin Akeroyd, SVP and general manager, Oracle Marketing Cloud.

“Today’s announcement reinforces Oracle’s commitment to delivering on the promise of marketing simplicity and efficiency. By giving our customers the ability to create content with simple tools they are familiar with, and collaborate with a popular and intuitive file sync and share solution, we are making it simpler than ever before to create engaging content that turns prospects into advocates.”

The integration gives Oracle Marketing Cloud customers the ability to develop content with commonly used tools such as Microsoft Office products and PDFs and instantly convert these into HTML5, simplifying the creation of effective marketing campaigns.

“Having access to the right content at the right time is critical for businesses everywhere, and no department relies more on real-time collaboration around information than marketing,” said Niall Wall, senior vice president of business development at Box. “We’re excited to extend our partnership with Oracle by integrating with Oracle Marketing Cloud, fostering better collaboration within marketing teams as well as their external agencies and vendors.

“The connection between our two platforms will help make businesses of all sizes more productive and competitive, particularly in industries like Retail and Media & Entertainment where success hinges on the creation and distribution of digital assets.”
