303 MullenLowe Integrates Profero Into The Business

303 MullenLowe is integrating experience led transformation agency MullenLowe Profero into its business. Profero, which has been a successful stand-alone digital offering, will now form part of the group offering and operate out of the Sydney and Perth offices of 303 MullenLowe.

“We are really pleased to align the Profero business more closely into our core business. The Profero offer deepens our collective capabilities in a vitally important growth segment for the business,” said Nick Cleaver CEO 303 MullenLowe.

“Our businesses have naturally united as we’ve sought to harness data, technology and creativity and apply that across every touchpoint and the complete digital ecosystem. Ultimately, we share a common business objective in aiming to deliver our clients an unfair advantage by transforming how people connect with their brand. Profero’s tech, CX, UX, system and service design skills strengthens this capability.” Cleaver continued.

Hamilton Jones, managing director of Profero said: “We are pleased to be working with 303’s digitally led data and creative capabilities. Our partnership will allow us to offer clients a complete solution to their CX and tech requirements.

“As 303 MullenLowe is one of the few creatively led agencies to have a full media capability delivered through its Mediahub business we are also able to provide our clients with a level of creative and media connectivity they find difficult to source elsewhere.”

The combined team has already begun to deliver business results with the agency recently winning assignments from HealthEngine, Tourism Western Australia and Edith Cowen University.
