US Aircraft Carrier Crew Brilliantly Recreates Force Awakens Trailer

The USS Dwight D. Eisenhower is a 100,000 tonne nuclear-powered aircraft carrier with enough firepower to make most nations quiver in fear.

But clearly its crew have a little too much time on their hands and have just recreated the Star Wars: The Force Awakens trailer using the ships crew and jets.

Check it out here:

Dubbed Sea Wars: The IKE Awakens it mirrors the original trailer to a tee, although the robots are cleverly replaced by a janitor’s bucket and Tie-fighters replaced by Navy Hornet jets.

The spoof flick was created by sailor Alex Delgado and even features a creepily realistic recreation of Kylo Ren’s (he’s the new bad dude in the actual film) light sabre scene.

The actual Force Awakens is unveiled globally on 18th December. Meanwhile, these sailors and aircrew need to get back to defending the freedoms of the imperialist west from the marauding hordes.
