Tarantino Drops First Trailer For His Next Film ‘The Hateful Eight’

The first full length trailer for Quentin Tarantino’s western The Hateful Eight has been released, with mixed reaction from Twitter and a police boycott looming.

The trailer is very Samuel L. Jackson heavy and features a one second peek of Channing Tatum (that’s him on the far right at 1:27).

Nine US police unions are calling for people to boycott The Hateful Eight are Tarantino called cops ‘murderers’ at a Black Lives Matter rally. During the rally, Tarantino said: “I’m a human being with a conscience. And when I see murder I cannot stand by. And I have to call the murdered the murdered and I have to call the murderers the murderers.”

Since then Tarantino has been accused of being a ‘cop hater’, check out an interview with the 52 year old director on MSNBC:

Despite the controversy, Twitter has rallied against Tarantino’s next film and reaction to #HatefulEight:

The film will be premiering in 70mm on Christmas Day in limited cinemas in the States; according to IMDB Australians will have to wait until the 14th January 2016.
