The last woman standing from Australia’s first version of The Bachelor, Anna Heinrich, has stripped down to her birthday suit for a cover shoot in Women’s Health magazine, just a week out from her 30th birthday.

The lawyer fell in love with bachie Tom Robards in season one back in 2013, and says she hopes the shoot – which features a stack of other well-known women – will help inspire others to be comfortable in their own skin.

“For me, it’s not what you look like, it’s how you come across,” she told the mag. “Every year that I grow older I become more in tune with who I am and I love my body more and more.”

“Someone once said I had a positive energy and I’ve held onto that — that’s something I love to hear more than, ‘you look great’. There have been times in my life when I haven’t felt confident, times when I’ve been like, ‘I don’t like that part of my body.’ But I’m turning 30 in December and I’m probably more confident than ever.

“Every year that I get older I become more confident, I love myself more, I love my body more, and I just hope that everyone can kind of get to that stage.”

Heinrich is joined by the likes of Aussie TV chef Poh Ling Yeow, model and TV presenter Erin Holland, and nutritionist and author Lola Berry.

“I’m a practising lawyer; I wanted to make sure I wasn’t going to jeopardise that in any way,” Heinrich added on her hesitation to get starkers.

“But I spoke to a lot of people and everyone was really, really positive. I wanted to celebrate the female body, strength and confidence. What better way to do it?”
