Nathan Hodges Appointed TrinityP3 MD As Darren Woolley Looks To Expand Business In The US & UK

marketing management consultancy TrinityP3 announced today that Darren Woolley (pictured above) is stepping aside as the managing director of the Australian operation to support the growth of the TrinityP3 in key international markets including the UK and US.

“Earlier this year we launch a successful joint venture in the UK and we are now looking at the opportunities to replicate this success in the USA. This means the time has come for me to focus on these markets and take the TrinityP3 brand and innovation global” Woolley said.

Nathan Hodges, who joined TrinityP3 in 2010, will take an equity stake in the company and take over the business operations and leadership for Australia and New Zealand as managing director immediately.

“Working so closely with Darren for the past five years has meant I understand the business and our clients almost as well as he does. Now, as managing director, I’ll have the opportunity to consolidate and extend our position as the leading independent marketing management consultants in the region” Hodges said.

Alongside Hodges is general manager David Angell, who joined the company two years ago from Starcom, during which time he has played a key role in the success of the Australasian business. David has also innovated and further developed the TrinityP3 focus on media at a time when the market locally and globally is facing challenges regarding transparency, value and performance.

Angell said: “This is an opportunity for us to extend the successful approach we have developed and implemented in Australia and New Zealand, working with our clients to help ensure that they are achieving the maximum value from their investment into media agencies, and that these critical business relationships are firing to mutual benefit. We’re now in a good position to expand our horizons across the network Darren is building”.

TrinityP3 is also placing greater emphasis and focus on collaboration, engagement and performance with the appointment of Lydia Feely as the managing director of Evalu8ing.

“Evalu8ing is a unique platform for measuring collaboration, improving engagement and driving performance between stakeholders. This is a great opportunity for me to be able to roll this out beyond simply marketing and advertising to the wider business community where these issues require a unique solution offered by this process,” Feely said.

These appointments and changes are effective immediately and TrinityP3 is on track to announce further developments later this year.

“Australia and New Zealand are vital markets for the company and they will continue to be so as it is where were have been able to innovate within a consulting category that is often bogged down by old- fashioned and out-dated thinking. Marketing is undergoing significant transformation and this is an opportunity for TrinityP3 to support this transformation around the world,” Woolley said.
