Lisa Hudson To Join Qantas Loyalty as Head of Qantas epiQure

A senior media executive with specialist food and wine experience, Lisa Hudson, will be joining Qantas Loyalty to take on a new role as Head of Qantas epiQure.

Hudson has held many senior editing and publishing roles in Australia and the UK, including CEO and publisher of Fairfax Magazines, and general manager of Food and Wine at Fairfax Media, responsible for the food sections in The Sydney Morning Herald and The Age, goodfood.com.au, mobile apps, the Good Food Guides and numerous food and wine events.

A former co-editor of The Good Food Guide in NSW for several years, and editor of Good Living, she was a founding committee member of Australia’s largest food festival, Good Food Month. She currently sits on Tourism Australia’s Food and Wine Advisory Panel, formed to help drive the “Restaurant Australia” campaign which promotes our food and wine to the world.

Through her career Hudson has worked closely with Australia’s leading chefs, winemakers and sommeliers and is well known and respected in the industry.

Hudson was previously commissioned by Qantas to write a strategy on growing the Food and Wine business within the Qantas Group, including initiatives around customer experience, food and wine content, and the retail offering.
