Kendall Jenner’s September Vogue Cover Causes Fiery Outcry

Last week Kendall Jenner snagged a prestigious honour, being the covergirl of Vogue US’ September issue, and while many fans the world over think she nailed it, there’s been a bit of outcry over whether or not she deserved it.

The September issue of American Vogue is the most anticipated fashion magazine in the world, with other big celebrities and models to grace the cover of September including Gisele Bundchen, Sarah Jessica Parker, Nicole Kidman, Kirsten Dunst, Sienna Miller, Kate Moss and Beyonce.

“Just sad that Wintour, Vogue and a lot of top fashion brands have become such sellouts,” said one Twitter user, while another commented, “‘Kendall being on the September Vogue issue is a bit of a joke”.

“Is nothing sacred anymore?!?! I’m already considering cancelling my subscription to “Allure” after they put Kylie Jenner on the cover, and now, perhaps, I need to re-think my 25-year subscription to “Vogue”,” another said.

Check out the outrage here:

Her fans came out in force to defend her hard work, despite claims she doesn’t actually do all that much, with tweets and praise like this:
