On the day its publisher Matt Dominello called it quits, comes news that Woman’s Day is again in trouble for publishing grave untruths dressed-up as legitimate news.

It would appear if you’re married and happened to be photographed with anyone other than your spouse then you’re clearly having an affair according to the editorial guidelines of Australian weekly magazines.

The latest to feel the unfortunate editing brush is wholesome pop singer, X Factor judge and married father of two Guy Sebastian.

In the latest edition of Bauer Media’s Woman’s Day, Sebastian is photographed walking through Melbourne Airport in, what appears to be, a rather innocent scenario with his tour manager; a woman identified as Bonnie Keenan from the management group 6Degrees Management. The image comes with the rather suggestive headline of “Who’s That Girl?”

According to reports on News.com.au, the singer is none to happy about the inference of the article and tweeted in response: “You guys really do just make up whatever you want don’t you? Blatant made up lies like these r harmful 2 loved ones & reeks of desperation. Can’t believe u paid that douche ‘photographer.”

In the News article, Sebastian is quoted as saying the image included other people in his entourage and had been cropped to make it look more suggestive than it actually was.

Sebastian has been married to long time partner Jules Egan since 2008 and the couple have two young sons.
