Google Appoints New Head Of Hardware Marketing For Australia & NZ

Tech behemoth Google has announced the appointment of Zoe Hayes as its new head of hardware marketing for Australia and New Zealand.

Hayes (pictured above) takes over from Julia Donnan, who is on parental leave.

Hayes has more than 18 years’ marketing experience, most recently with the Hanes group where she led the revitalisation of the Berlei brand with campaigns such as #doitforyourself featuring Serena Williams and Womankind.

She also has a wealth of experience in creative agencies across Australia and the UK.

Google Australia’s director of marketing, Aisling Finch, said: “Zoe brings to the role a wealth of experience in brand building and creativity. I’m thrilled to have Zoe joining us as head of hardware marketing for Australia and New Zealand.”

Commenting on her appointment, Hayes said: “I’m elated to join the Google team. I can’t wait to celebrate all of Google’s impressive hardware products including Google Home, Pixel and other great products present and future.”
