Officeworks selects Haystac

Public relations agency Haystac has won Officeworks’ national consumer PR account following a competitive pitch.

The agency’s first major campaign for Officeworks is the Back to School push which launched last week.

“Officeworks has appointed Haystac to manage its national consumer public relations account following a competitive pitch.

The account win will have Haystac lead consumer PR initiatives for Officeworks’ key national marketing, local and community programs for its 150 store network and online channels.

Haystac’s first major campaign for Officeworks will be Back to School.

The agency will have a core team of five consultants on the account and work alongside Officeworks’ agency partners AJF Partnership (creative), Initiative (media planning), DT Digital (digital) and Rapp (CRM).

“Beyond their strategic insights, creativity and an understanding of the Officeworks business, Haystac demonstrated a solid understanding of working in an integrated agency model,” Karl Winther, Officeworks National Marketing Manager said.

“We look forward to working with the Haystac team and having their thinking complementing the fantastic work being done by our agency partners.”
