Irreverent UK Bookie Unveils “We Won’t Shit In Your Coffee” Campaign!

Cheeky English bookmaker Paddypower has unveiled a rather odd but amusing campaign that plays on recent unsavoury revelations that a number of UK coffee chains had been busted for having “off the scale” traces of faecal bacteria in their beverages.

The offending chains included Starbucks, Costa and Café Nero and the study found that almost 70 per cent of their iced coffee drinks were contaminated.

A number of Paddypower’s gambling outlets are apparently next door to said coffee businesses and so the bookie has added advertising signage to its windows that reads: “Don’t Gamble Next Door, We won’t shit in your coffee’.

A spokesperson for Paddypower said of its new provocative poster campaign: “It was obviously pretty shitty news to wake up to, but fortunately our marketing team were full of (coffee) beans this morning and decided to promote our free coffee in shop.”

The bookmaker’s latest stunt follows another recent campaign that showed the UK prime minister, Theresa May, locked in a lesbian embrace with the leader of the DUP party, Arlene Foster. May had to do a deal with the DUPs to stay in office after her recent UK election disaster. Paddypower has the alliance lasting at odds of three to one.
