Deloitte Digital Poaches Top Art Director From Host/Havas

Consulting giant Deloitte Australia has announced the appointment of Gustavo Vampre as creative director for its digital division.

Hailing from Brazil, Vampre (pictured above, right) was ranked in the 2018 Cannes Lions Global Creativity Report as the world’s number one art director and number two creative director.

He joins Deloitte from Host/Havas, having jumped ship to the agency from M&C Saatchi back in 2016.

Vampre will report into Deloitte Digital’s chief creative officer, Matt Lawson (pictured above, left), and will work alongside Charles Baylis.

Lawson said: “Gustavo has a passionate belief in the transformative power of creativity, and his work is clear evidence that he has the brilliance to produce world-changing ideas. We are proud to be building another option for creatives like him to channel their talents.”

Commenting on his new role, Vampre said: “I’m really excited by the opportunity to create meaningful work that can change behaviour. The breadth of talent, resources and incredible clients at Deloitte opens so many new avenues for innovative thinking.”
