To promote its gourmet salmon range Huon Aquaculture ran a blogger challenge and named local food bloggers Souvlaki for the Soul and 84th and 3rd as winners.
The two blogs took part in the premium Tasmanian salmon producer’s Reserve Selection Blogger Challenge. They were required to create gourmet dishes using Huon’s Reserve Selection range and their creations were judged by Huon co-founders, Peter and Frances Bender.
Huon’s Tasmanian salmon can be ordered online and is delivered to homes in thermally-insulated shipping boxes. Products are delivered within seven days of order, and within two days of dispatch.
