XPO Brands is proud to announce that creative director, Gary Head has been appointed a board director and shareholder in the business. Since joining the agency in 2014, Head has been integral to the formation of creative strategies for several major shopper, experiential and creative new business wins.

“We’re delighted to cement Gary’s position in the XPO family as a shareholder and director,” said Sally Tobin, founder and managing director of XPO Brands.

“Gary shares our business vision to connect and influence people through strategic and imaginative creative solutions. With his senior experience and management capabilities, we can continue to drive XPO’s outstanding growth.”

In a move to further enhance its strategic creative credentials, XPO announces the appointments of Ben Muzyka-Gordon as senior creative and Michael Foody as senior designer. Both have many years of experience, Muzyka-Gordon with Clemenger Group and 30Thirty, and Foody with Saatchi and Saatchi and Mojo Publicis among others.

XPO Brands has also bolstered its account service team with two new appointments, taking the agency to almost 20 full-time staff across its offices in Sydney, Melbourne, and Brisbane as well as more than 500 ambassadors nationally.

The appointments come on the back of a steady flow of significant new business wins to handle creative, shopper and experiential campaigns for Henkel ANZ’s Cold Power, Bref Toilet Cleaner, and Fab Laundry brands, Goodman Fielder’s Meadow Lea and Olive Grove brands, and Parmalat’s Connoisseur and President Cheese brands.
