Thrive Announces New Hires & Expanded Client Service Focus

PR and communications firm Thrive is aiming to deepen its Business, Purpose and Brand Reputation services with new hires and an expanded client service focus.

Thrive PR + Communications head of business, purpose and brand reputation, Rachel White, is spearheading the growth of Thrive’s integrated public relations services for clients with new appointments in Thrive’s specialist business team.

This amped-up focus on Thrive’s brand reputation service offering has led to the hire of Natanael Bloch as group account director in Melbourne and has seen the transfer of account manager, Taryn Silver, from Melbourne to Sydney.

Bloch was, until recently, the national communications manager for Optometry Australia, and prior to that has worked with business leaders, government, and organisations across Australia, France, and Europe in sectors spanning health, infrastructure, energy, transport, FMCG, and technology.

Taryn Silver also joins the business team as an account manager. She has been at Thrive for one-and-a-half years, launching her career in the US where she worked for a New York health care agency across a range of pharmaceutical clients.

Newly appointed Bloch said:  “I look forward to helping to deliver Thrive’s business purpose and brand reputation offer, working closely with Rachel and the team, to offer strategic business communication that helps organisations bring to life their values.

Head of business, White said: “Natanael joins Thrive as a business and public affairs professional with experience bridging corporate communications issues and business opportunities.

“He is a crisis communication expert with solid experience mapping and managing business risks, issues and brand reputation. We welcome Natanael and his international expertise to the Thrive family.

“We know that today, more than ever, people decide what brands mean to them, brands no longer tell people who they are.

“Thrive provides business services that help communicate strategic organisational narratives with the purpose to build credibility and understanding of an organisation.

“The new offer drives a deep understanding of societal trends and movements and helps organisations to contribute to public discourse in a meaningful and credible way. ”

Thrive, managing director, Leilani Abels said: “Thrive has launched, built, promoted, and protected the corporate and brand reputations of some of the nation’s and globe’s most well-known brands over the past 21 years.

“What this strengthened team brings, is a laser focus on helping organisations build reputation and brand love so they can grow now and in the future.”
