Digital out-of-home (OOH) specialist Shopper Media Group has announced the appointment of Matt Adams to the newly-created role of sales director for southern states.
Adams joins Shopper Media Group with more than 10 years of experience in OOH advertising, having worked for Adshel and JC Decaux.
Commenting on his new role, Adams said: “I’m both proud and excited to be joining such a progressive and intelligent business as Shopper Media Group. To work alongside a motivated and impressive team who are aligned in our ambition to be disruptors in the digital out-of-home space is an honour.”
Adams’ appointment follows the recent multi-million dollar investment by Blue Sky Private Equity to double the national footprint of Shopper Media Group’s Smartlite digital advertising panels by the end of 2017.
Shopper Media Group CEO and founder Ben Walker said: “To achieve this growth, we need sales leaders across the business who are focused on providing premium service to the shopping centres and advertisers, and Matt brings that to our business.
“Working out of our new South Melbourne office, Matt has been charged with driving growth in the Victorian, South Australian and Western Australian markets.”
