“Clean ‘Em Out!” Political Candidate Threatens Rivals With A Colonoscopy In Oddball Ad For US Elections

The US presidential elections are in November and, with Trump in the running, you can expect it to be a rather crazy affair.

However, it appears Donald isn’t going to have it all his own way for lunacy judging by a new campaign that is threatening to give Washington a colonoscopy!

The ad’s by Doctor Noel Collis – a gastroenterologist by day – who’s running to become the next Rebublican candidate for Minnesota’s Seventh Congressional District.

To win the seat, the goodly doctor has to first defeat Republican rival Michelle Fischbach who he describes in his ad as “pro life, pro gun, pro ag and pro Trump”. The Republican candidate would then face off against incumbent Democrat Collin Peterson – who’s held the seat for past 28 years.

Collis’ campaign is called “Let’s clean them out” and apparently the 68-year-old doctor has already spent $US60,000 of his own money running the ad on local TV network WDAY-TV.

In the amusing but rather D-grade spot, a rubber-gloved Collis declares to viewers, “It’s time to give Washington a colonoscopy and clean ’em out”.
