Following a competitive pitch, OgilvyOne has been appointed to the Optus Business account.
The customer engagement agency has been tasked with supporting Optus Business across its customer and market communications. Focussing on some key direct marketing initiatives in 2015 as part of its transformation into the broader technology space.
