Nova’s New Music Show Powered By Shazam

Nova will uncover the newest music from around the world with Nova’s New Music Show Powered by Shazam on Sunday afternoons from 4pm to 6pm nationally.
Nova’s New Music Show will scour the globe for the newest music impacting the world and give airplay to the tracks that are trending with tastemakers or that record labels are about to move on, before they hit more established worldwide charts.
Paul Jackson, NOVA Entertainment’s group program director said, “Nova is renowned for driving the music charts. This show will give listeners the first taste of future hits and uncover artists that will become stars.”
Nova has partnered with Shazam, one of the world’s most popular apps, to assist with identifying some of the newest music impacting music lovers around the world. Shazam is used by more than 100 million users every month and as such is firmly at the coalface of music discovery globally.
Host Nova’s Jason Smith will introduce new artists to listeners and tell the story behind upcoming hits.
