MediaCom AU has made a key appointment to further boost its digital offering, ensuring it continues to develop the solutions that clients need in the era of ‘big data’.
MediaCom has hired Joshua Rex as its Chief Digital Officer.
He was previously Managing Director and Co-founder of UK based Open Media Technologies (This is Open Ltd), a display advertising technology agency. An industry recognised visionary, Rex has extensive experience working across all media channels in a strategic capacity for some of the world’s leading companies. Throughout his career, he has earned a reputation for building and leading winning teams and driving revenue growth.
Prior to taking up his recent role at Open Media Technologies, Rex was Communications Planning Director of EMEA at MEC, a GroupM sister agency. Rex will report to Mark Pejic, CEO MediaCom Australia to ensure continuity and synergy in the evolution of MediaCom’s full range of digital offerings.
