Following a spate of recent announcements including the recruitment of Clement Tsang as MD, Annalect (OMG’s analytics, data and tech specialist consultancy) continues to invest in talent and capability.

Matt Nolan (pictured) will be joining the Annalect team in September. As COO he will support Tsang  in growing this market leading consultancy across the 4 pillars of Tech and Data, Marketing Science, Analytics and Business Intelligence.

He will also help accelerate how these services are deployed to help drive client outcomes across OMD, PHD, Hearts & Science and Resolution.

Matthew Nolan said, “I have watched Annalect go from strength to strength over the past few years. The opportunity to join an expanding specialist brand powering the country’s largest media business and their brands, as well as being able to work with Clement again, was a pretty easy decision for me to make”.

Richard Bedford, current general manager of Annalect, will be stepping into a newly created role focussing on the growth opportunities associated with a fully integrated offering delivered by Resolution Digital, OMG’s full-service digital agency, and co-powered by Annalect.

Bedford said, “I have been part of Annalect’s amazing trajectory since the very beginning, but before that I worked within the Resolution Digital team. This new role offers me the best of both worlds where I get to be a core part of building out fully integrated end-to-end solutions for clients within the Resolution business but also remain a leader and core team member within the Annalect business.”

Peter Horgan, OMG Group CEO, A/NZ commented, “Annalect’s evolution continues to gather momentum. In addition to our existing core team, we add Clement Tsang (ex Denstsu), Liesa Newland (ex GroupM) and now Matthew Nolan (ex Mediabrands). I look forward to the consultancy solutions this team will help drive across our client base.”
