ZUJI expands partnership with ROKT in Asia

ROKT and ZUJI have expanded their successful Australian partnership to Singapore.

The move will empower Singapore customers to engage with new and relevant products and services across all of ZUJI’s channels, including web, mobile, and in-app.

Since its partnership with ROKT was first forged in July 2013, ZUJI has seen engagement rates with Australian customers increase significantly.

“ROKT delivers targeted recommendations to customers, enhancing their digital experience with ZUJI and increasing engagement with our brand,” says David Galt, Australia-New Zealand CEO of ZUJI’s parent company, Webjet. “Following our joint success in Australia, extending our partnership to the Singapore market was a natural next step,” Galt says.

CEO of ZUJI Singapore Chua Hui Wan welcomes the extended partnership with ROKT.

“Our partnership with ROKT is very timely. Singaporeans are increasingly travel-savvy, adventurous and willing to spend on varied travel options,” she says. “ROKT will connect ZUJI’s Singapore customers with products and services that are relevant to their travel behaviors and other interests.”

ROKT CEO Bruce Buchanan says the partnership with ZUJI Singapore continues ROKT’s growth in the Asia Pacific region and demonstrates the value of ROKT for a global audience.

“ROKT is excited about the new opportunities our extended partnership with a company as dynamic and well-respected as ZUJI will bring. We look forward to continuing to add value to ZUJI’s business and to helping engage more of its customers across Asia Pacific,” he says.
