Independent PR and creative agency Keep Left has announced two key promotions and team changes to support its recently launched brand positioning, ‘Ideas People Choose’.

Jessica Williams has been promoted to client service director and has also joined the Keep Left management team.

Williams will lead the agency’s account management division and play a lead role in integrating the creative, content, and digital teams within the agency.

Additionally, Keep Left has also reorganised its strategy division to support its audience-first approach, with Laura Agricola (Senior Strategist) and Larissa Thorne (Director of Digital and Content) teaming up to drive the agency’s capabilities in strategy, persona mapping, cultural analysis, research, experience design, and behavioural economics with the support of their teams.

Caroline Catterall, CEO of Keep Left, said, “We’re confident we’ve got the A-team in place to deliver on our vision of applying an earned lens not just to PR, but to the whole marketing mix.”

Prior to joining Keep Left in 2013, Murray worked as a PR consultant for agencies including Two Birds Talking, Mango Experiential and Undertow (now Bastion Amplify), working with clients such as Nike and Telstra.

Williams joined the Keep Left family almost five years ago as Senior PR Account Manager, following three years with Hatching Communication.

Agricola joined Keep Left in late 2021 from Sidedoor where she was Senior Brand Strategist for five years. Her previous roles include two years at MRM Worldwide in New York and a two-year stint at Crispin Porter + Bogusky.

Thorne joined Keep Left five years ago as a content producer and digital specialist after four years as the editor of an online consumer news publication.
