Connect Hearing Appoint BLOKE To Amplify Its Communications

Hearing aid audiologists, Connect Hearing has appointed Sydney creative agency BLOKE, to grow the awareness of its hearing services across Australia.

Part of the Sonova group, Connect Hearing is a leading retailer of hearing solutions. In Australia, Connect Hearing assists people with their hearing difficulties through hearing assessments and counselling, innovative digital hearing instruments and other helpful listening devices.

“Bloke’s approach was unlike any we have seen in the hearing industry before” explains Duncan Armour, group manager marketing. “They came highly recommended from one of our largest suppliers and are a great addition to our team.”

Utilising a strategy that has proved effective in many anti-alcohol and anti-tobacco campaigns, BLOKE aims to lift people out of their denial state and jolt them into action through a powerful new integrated campaign including TV, radio, online and print.

“We particularly want to highlight the social isolation that inevitably results from hearing loss and encourage people to act before it’s too late,” Mike O’Rourke, creative partner at BLOKE added.
