Archibald Williams Strengthens Creative Output With Two Senior Hires

Sydney independent agency, Archibald Williams, has announced the hire of two senior creatives to boost output.

Annie Bettis (main photo) has worked across social media content creation and copywriting for the past 10+ years in some of Sydney’s top agencies including Wunderman, Havas and Society Social (IPG Mediabrands).

Some of her campaigns include, Share a Coke, re-launching the social media presence for Defence Force Recruitment and building the content team at Society Social.

Bettis joins Archibald Williams as a senior copywriter with responsibility for writing directly to consumer comms for clients such as Citi, The Australian, Cancer Council, Westpac and Mastercard.

Ross Cockrill joins the agency as senior copywriter having spent the last 15 years in London at a range of different agencies, from independent digital start-ups to some of the biggest ATL agencies in town.

He moved to Sydney late last year and freelanced with CHE Proximity and R/GA before settling at Archibald Williams.

The list of clients Ross has worked on include, Nike, Mercedes-Benz, Kellogg’s, McDonald’s, Samsung, Etihad, Unilever and Google.
