Data-driven customer experience agency Accordant has delivered a full end to end Adobe Experience Cloud solution to enable to Australia’s new multi-sport streaming service, Kayo Sports
The implementation means highly personalised experiences across all channels.
Launched in November, Kayo gives subscribers the chance to stream over 50 local and international sports, live and on demand, offering a personalised experience across multiple platforms.
In developing the platform, Kayo engaged Accordant to support them in planning, implementing and operationalising the Adobe Experience Cloud, their marketing product suite of choice.
Accordant will work hand-in-hand with the Kayo team on the ongoing delivery of digital experience across all channels, responsible for all digital customer acquisition and engagement activity.
In an Australian first, the planning and implementation of the whole Adobe Experience Cloud was delivered in under four months; including the Analytics Cloud, Ad Cloud & Marketing Cloud, combining to serve highly relevant customer experiences across all digital channels.
The solution design includes Adobe’s newly released dynamic creative optimisation, enabling automatically personalised digital advertising in addition to owned media channels.
The solutions are all integrated into Kayo’s real-time cloud-based data warehouse which will enable them to capture user data to manage the ongoing enhancement of Kayo’s user experience.
