Justine Pirie Appointed GM Of Dentsu’s Cox Inall Communications

BWM Dentsu Group’s specialist agribusiness agency, Cox Inall Communications, has appointed Justine Pirie as general manager.

Cox Inall’s client list includes National Australia Bank Agribusiness, Meat & Livestock Australia, the Royal Agricultural Society of New South Wales and the Sydney Royal Easter Show, Horticulture Australia, Incitec Pivot Limited and agtech trail blazer, FarmBot.

Cox Inall has served agribusiness clients and clients wanting to engage with regional Australia for 30 years and is recognised for its ability to deliver integrated creative, digital and PR campaigns.

Pirie is an accomplished corporate affairs and public relations professional, with wide ranging experience across agriculture, animal health and finance. She has been part of Cox Inall’s leadership team since 2011 and has been instrumental in driving business growth and working with the team to deliver outstanding outcomes for the agency’s clients.

Pirie has held senior roles at Publicis Life Brands, Westpac’s BT Financial Group and Australian Wool Innovation/The Woolmark Company.

“I’m excited to help lead such a highly regarded agency that boasts some of the best agribusiness PR specialists in the country,” Pirie said.

“We find ourselves at a unique point in time as expectations of how we live, do business, interact and consume content are evolving on a daily basis. However, in challenging times there is always opportunity and Cox Inall is leading the way in helping our clients to not only adapt to a changing and uncertain landscape but thrive in it.”

Tim Powell, managing director of BWM Dentsu PR Group said Australian agribusiness was thriving on the back of drought-breaking rains across most of the country and high prices for grain and beef.

“While the rest of the economy is battered by the COVID-19 recession, agribusiness is one of the success stories,” Powell said.
