Strategic Insights Agency Nature Unveils New Equity Partners

????????????????????????????????????

Strategic insights consultancy and the B&T Research Agency of the Year Winner 2018 Nature has announced three new equity holders, each arising through internal progression and promotion.

After a very successful first year driving Nature’s Sydney office, James Jayesuria has now taken an equity stake in the business. Under Jayesuria’s leadership, Nature is now a growing team of four in Sydney and in its first year has completed over 50 projects for local clients. Our nimbleness and agility, coupled with strength in drawing on Melbourne’s deep capability, makes us particularly optimistic and excited about the years ahead.

In Melbourne, Justin Connally and Paddy Cain have each taken equity holding in Nature. Connally has been running the day-to-day operation of the Melbourne office since joining from Kantar in 2016, and in this has earned the confidence and trust of both Nature’s team and clients alike. Cain has risen through the ranks since joining Nature as a Consultant from Millward Brown in 2015, and is now the leader of a large practice of clients and consultants.

Nature’s CEO Chris Crook (main photo) said of the promotions: “We are absolutely delighted with the decision to promote James, Justin and Paddy, and in particular what it means for the strengthening of our leadership and ownership in this most critical of times in our business. We have always been big believers in home-grown talent, and in offering our people amazing career paths, and these Partnerships signify beyond doubt our very real commitment to this”.

“The role Justin, in particular, has been playing over the last couple of years has enabled Chris to focus more on client business, agency capability development, and spending time with Nature’s most important asset – its people, to help fuel their growth and development,” Crook said.

Nature’s senior partner and head of analytics and capability development, Peter Stuchbery, will continue in his heavy focus on agency capability development as we move rapidly into the world of new data sources and new technologies.
