Australia’s Engaging.io And New Zealand’s Done By Friday Form Joint Venture

Sydney headquartered technology and digital agency Engaging.io and Auckland digital agency Done By Friday have entered into a joint venture to become the biggest HubSpot partner across Asia Pacific.

The new business, called Engaging Partners, will offer a complete suite of strategic, technical, creative and media services across the HubSpot eco-system for enterprise organisations across APAC and globally.

Led by Michelle O’Keeffe and Boyd Wason (featured image), Engaging Partners combines Engaging.io’s 10 years’ experience of delivering world-class software development and digital media solutions and Done By Friday’s seven years of award-winning digital marketing and sales solutions to create a new breed of HubSpot agency.

Engaging.io’s O’Keeffe said: “HubSpot is actively moving into the enterprise space and offering a real alternative to rival platforms, such as Salesforce, so the time is right for us to come together and capitalise on the growing demand for their solutions.

“We are one of only a handful of partners globally able to manage highly technical systems migrations, integrations and audits and Done By Friday specialise in inbound marketing, sales enablement and marketing automation, so we complement each other well.”

In addition to its Sydney and Auckland offices, the combined 30+ strong agency has also opened in Singapore to service the growing demand for HubSpot’s marketing, sales, and customer service platforms and systems integrations in the region.

Done By Friday’s Wason, added: “After meeting at HubSpot’s Inbound conference in Boston last year we started to work on a number of projects together and quickly recognised the alignment of culture and skills was one that currently doesn’t exist in this part of the world.”

“We have the same philosophy and approach to the way we work with clients, so offering the full suite of services from implementation and integration, to outsourced sales and marketing services is one we believe is compelling as HubSpot continues to grow its platform presence in Australia.”

HubSpot country manager ANZ, David Shepherd said: “Engaging.io and Done By Friday are well respected within the HubSpot community.

“They are trusted partners who deliver outstanding work and we’re delighted they’ve decided to bring their respective specialties together to help our customers with all of their digital growth needs.”

Engaging Partners is already working with clients including the Professionals Real Estate Group New Zealand, Servcorp and The Rawson Group.
