Veridooh Appoints Areef Vohra As Commercial And Partnerships Director

Digital out of home measurement and verification platform, Veridooh, has strengthened appointed Areef Vohra as commercial and partnerships director.

Vohra (featured image, left) has over 20 years’ experience in the out of home and media industry, both in Australia and overseas, and has been tasked with growing strategic clients and partnerships locally and internationally.

Vohra has previously held positions as general manager of Active International, a barter company specialising in media trading, JCDecaux and Eye (now Ooh! Media).

Veridooh aims to build buyer confidence in digital out of home through world-first independent measurement and reporting.

Its independent tracking and verification technology ensures ads are delivered in the way they were planned and purchased, creating greater transparency in the market.

The company serves media agencies, advertisers and media owners who are seeking a similar standard of verification in digital out of home that they expect from other digital media.

The service is a progression on from forms of verification already in market, such as physical inspection and aggregation of supplier-side data.

On his appointment, Vohra said: “I have always been passionate about out of home, having worked for some of the world’s leading brands both here and in the UK.

“I want to be at the forefront of where the industry is heading, and digital is where it’s at.

“I have no doubt that Veridooh will push the growth of digital out of home not just in Australia, but globally.”

Mo Moubayed (featured image, right), Veridooh’s founder added: “On the back of the strong growth of Veridooh in the first quarter of this year, we welcome Areef to our team as commercial and partnerships director.

“Areef joins at an exciting time for Veridooh.

“His wealth of experience in the industry across different markets will help accelerate our growth both locally and overseas.”
