History Will Be Kind Appointed As Etihad’s Key Communications Partner In Australia

History Will Be Kind (HWBK) is taking to the skies in 2019, bolstering its travel portfolio by partnering with one of the world’s leading airlines, Etihad Airways.

HWBK has been appointed as the brand’s key communications partner in Australia, tasked with helping to further build the airline’s market profile and growing its voice across both consumer and trade channels.

Etihad general manager of AUNZ, Sarah Built, said her team is excited to fly into 2019 with HWBK and further cement Etihad’s reputation as an airline of choice for Australian travellers.

Built said: “It’s an exciting time at Etihad with the recent introduction of our new Choose Well brand platform, which is designed to empower our guests to make choices about how they travel on their own terms.

“Australia is one of our most important global markets and HWBK is the ideal agency partner to help us showcase our evolving guest proposition in a bold way, fuelling market expansion and deepening our connections.”

HWBK Founder, Emma-Jane Granleese, said the agency is delighted to welcome Etihad on-board.

She said: “We are thrilled to be working with such a stellar brand, and one that has an unwavering focus on putting the customer at the heart of everything they do.

“We are laser focused on delivering great work and bringing Etihad’s offering to life in a way that will truly resonate in the Australian market.

“We can’t wait to make history with their team.”

The new business win follows a massive 2018 for HWBK, during which the team garnered 38 award wins and accolades for their work, their people and the agency.
