Deepend Strengths Management Team For 2017

Independent digital marketing and communications agency, Deepend, has bolstered its senior client management team with the appointment of Grant Price to the position of senior account director.

Bringing almost a decade of digital marketing and advertising experience, Price will lead a range of key projects, play a strong business development role and be responsible for delivering outstanding client service to Deepend partners.

Price joins the award-winning team following Account Director and Senior Producer roles at Ogilvy Australia, which gave him a unique insight into the design process alongside marketing and digital strategy. Price brings an impressive track record of driving major campaigns and clients, having led key projects such as KFC’s ‘Cook da Chook’ mobile game and Blackmores’ eCommerce solution.

Now immersed in his new role at Deepend, Price said he is thrilled to be part of an agency with such a strong commitment to being at the forefront of design, technology and innovation.

“When I came across the ‘Sound Storm’ app created by Deepend and sister agency Nomad, I was blown away. It’s an inspiring combination of creative technology and medical science, and it made me want to find out more about the people behind the solution.

“Deepend’s approach to solving problems is different to what you’ll find at most agencies, and I am excited to champion brave new ideas here.”

Hamilton Jones, managing director of Deepend, said Price’s strong strategic and creative thinking make him a tremendous asset

. “Grant is a digital gun who has the skills that we need to drive our team forward. We were impressed by his passion for delivering innovative and effective work, so are now excited to see him do just this while strengthening our relationships with clients. He will also be a fantastic mentor to the team and play a key role in building the business as a whole,” he said.

Deepend is proudly part of a four-agency collective, the Deepend Group; an independent, digital communications and innovation consultancy group. The Deepend Group portfolio includes the leading specialist agencies Deepend (Communications and Digital), How To Impact (Innovation), Nomad (Emerging Tech) and History Will Be Kind (PR/Social Media).
