iProspect Appoints New GM of Products & Services

Digital performance marketing company, iProspect, has appointed Mark Byrne to the newly created role of general manager of products and services.

Working across iProspect’s Sydney and Melbourne offices, Mark will be responsible for product leadership, innovation, new business and integration with other Dentsu Aegis Network businesses.

Mark joins iProspect Australia from the UK, where he worked in both client and agency side roles, including five years with iProspect London working with clients such as American Express, Burberry, Dell, Diageo, GM, P&G, Sony and Virgin Media.

Dan Kalinski, iProspect’s National Managing Director said, “Mark comes to us with the highest recommendation from our UK team and he is known for his great track record of new business development and innovation.  We are really looking forward to having him on board to lead our innovation of products and services in the performance marketing space.”

Speaking of his appointment Mark said, “I’m delighted to be joining Dan and the team, and driving the development of all our products and services across the Australian offices.  I’ve already been really impressed with some of the work that the team is doing, particularly around customer relationship management and first party data, as well as content and conversion rate optimisation.”

“It’s a really interesting time in digital media, where we’re finally starting to see truly integrated campaigns that have consumer behaviour at their heart. A big part of my role will be driving the strategic direction of all of our products, ensuring this integration and innovation is front and centre of everything we do.”

Steak and iProspect merged in July this year, making iProspect one of the biggest digital performance businesses in Australia with over 70 staff nationally.
