‘Room For Dessert’ is a decadent dish priced at a remarkable $300.00. It not only mixes delicious almond-pistachio madeleine biscuit with wild strawberry marmalade that’s delicately presented on a pillow of Valhrona white chocolate and vanilla buttermilk mousse – but it features a QT room key giving you access to a lush king-size bed. Yes, part of the dessert is a sumptuous night’s stay at QT Melbourne.

Julian Schreiber, Co-ECD of Cummins & Partners Sydney said of the dessert ‘We’re proud to be working with the team at Pascale Bar & Grill to create this wonderful dessert. It’s a unique way to draw attention to the fact that both incredible food and accommodation are waiting inside QT Melbourne.

Adam Ferrier, CSO said ‘We enjoy working with Pascale Bar & Grill, and QT Hotels & Resorts as they are always doing things their own way, and creating ideas that celebrate their wonderfully unique brands. We trust it will entice people to spontaneously celebrate the spirit of Valentines Day.”

As a special offer to the advertising community if you’re game to visit Pascale’s and try ‘Room For Dessert’ you may receive an additional surprise or two in your room. ‘Room For Dessert’ will be available until 15th February with limited availability.
