Strategy consultancy Growth Mantra has announced the appointment of Nigel Marsh as a partner in the business.

Marsh, with more than 25 years of marketing and branding experience, was previously chairman at The Leading Edge. His former roles include the CEO of D’Arcy Australia, CEO of Leo Burnett Australia, and regional group CEO of Y&R Brands ANZ.

Marsh is also the author of three books, a TED speaker, a co-founder of Earth Hour and founder of the infamous Sydney Skinny.

Growth Mantra CEO Simon Corah said: “Nigel is one of those unique individuals who has a brilliant strategic brain, is a highly creative thinker and can make things happen, which is exactly what every growing business needs. We look forward to having Nigel on board for the next phase of our growth.”

Growth Mantra consults for a number of Australia’s leading brands, including Woolworths, Qantas, McDonald’s, Coca Cola, NIB and Optus.

Marsh’s appointment is effective beginning of March – after the Sydney Skinny!
