Following a stellar 2016, specialist digital marketing and media consultancy, Mindbox, is bolstering its strategic capabilities and leadership team to support rapid growth, with Paul Maddock (pictured above left) appointed as General Manager, and Jodie Lam (right) joining as Head of Digital Media.

Bringing more than two decades of experience across sectors between them, Maddock and Lam will play an instrumental role in building Mindbox’s unique consulting offer and multidisciplinary team.

Rising to the role of GM in just 10 years, Maddock has worked on brands such as ANZ Share Investing, CommBank and Evans Cycles. Having recently worked with MEC and Amnesia Razorfish, Lam will drive innovations across the company’s processes and structure, while providing insightful strategy to clients.

Mindbox owner, Nic Halley, said that Maddock and Lam’s appointments mark a milestone moment and will underpin an exciting period of transformation for the business.

“Since 2000, we have focused on a strategy of specialisation, covering media, search, programmatic, social, behavioural marketing and its associated data.

“This formula works and has seen us develop long term relationships with brands such as Air Canada, Tokio Marine, Fossil, Ella Baché and Teachers Health Fund.

“This year, we plan to go bigger and better, and Paul will be essential to strengthening our client proposition and staff, having managed a number of high performing teams at iProspect Manchester, Ikon, APD and now Mindbox.

“Jodie’s extensive experience managing digital campaigns for clients such as Blizzard Entertainment, Chevron, Schick|Energizer and Starwood Hotels Asia-Pacific will help us take our digital marketing offering to the next level.”

Lam said that the position at Mindbox presented a unique opportunity to help enhance a growing business and capitalise on the unique level of trust it has built with its clients to date.

“Having worked with a range of brands in larger agencies, I’m excited to join an organisation that has a proven track record and pipeline. I’m looking forward to working with the team to deliver solutions that help our industry evolve.”
