Adstream Acquires Dubsat

We’re pleased to inform you that the acquisition of Dubsat by Adstream has been approved by the ACCC.  We are now moving through the final steps of the completion of sale.

Adstream, the leading global provider of creative asset management, delivery and analytics technology company announced the acquisition of Dubsat, an Omnilab Media company earlier this year. Dubsat is an advertising content management and distribution company operating in the US, UK, Australia, New Zealand, and South Africa. The acquisition continues Adstream’s ongoing investment in driving global scale for its platform and customers.

Dubsat joins a global team with expertise across 42 countries and gains immediate access to a network of more than 40,000 connected media as well as Adstream’s world-renowned marketing, production and content management platform.
