Publicis Media’s group investment practice, Publicis Media Exchange (PMX) – which manages the group’s investment and trading decisions with the media – will continue to work with Starcom’s investment function while the agency looks at what is required moving forward.

Commenting on the change, Barbour said: “PMX has been established as a practice within the Publicis Media group to deliver quality assured client outcomes, and will collaborate with Starcom while we look at a restructure and decide on our future needs.

“We would like to thank Andrew for his time with Starcom and wish him all the best for the future as he seeks new opportunities.”
