More Celebs Get In On Letting Bears Poop In The Woods

Following the success of the LET A BEAR SH!T IN THE WOODS campaign for Animals Asia last year in which Ricky Gervais urged people to let bears do their business, more stars have come on board to help bring an end to the horrific bear bile industry.

Arj Barker, Simon Bryant, Jamie Durie, Peter Northcote, Anjali Rao, Rachel Ward and Dr Katrina Warren join Animals Asia founder Jill Robinson in a new PSA campaign by The Proverbials that will commence this week around Australia.

“I didn’t know about bear bile farming until a few years ago,” said The Proverbials founder, Brian Daly. “I was appalled – it is such a pointless, cruel industry.

“I felt compelled to help raise awareness about the incredible work Animals Asia do in trying to bring about an end to this torture. Hopefully with these amazingly talented people helping spread the word, we can help free the 10,000 bears who are trapped in cages on bear bile farms across China and Vietnam.”
