Dentsu Appoints Erica Kokiw As Head Of Digital

Amplifi, the strategic media investment and partnerships arm of Dentsu Aegis Network has appointed Erica Kokiw to the role of head of digital for the Group.

Kokiw joins the Dentsu Aegis Network having spent the past five years with Group M agencies Mediacom and MindShare, prior to which she spent five years leading the media and digital portfolio for Labatt Breweries of Canada.

Speaking of her appointment, Amplifi’s managing director, Paul Brooks, said, “I am delighted that Erica is joining Amplifi to lead and shape our group’s digital vision. Erica is a unique talent in the market with a broad digital media and marketing background and is well respected by clients, publishers and peers.”

Kokiw added, “I am thrilled to be joining Amplifi and look forward to being part of a company with a truly progressive digital vision that is one of the most cutting-edge in the market.

“I’ve always really enjoyed working with Paul, he is a great leader with drive and passion for our industry and I’m excited to be part of his team again.”

This is another significant hire for Amplifi following the recent senior appointments of Simon Williams, Annmarie Tanke and Danny Zarka, signalling Dentsu’s appetite for recruiting the very best senior digital talent in the market.

Kokiw starts her new role in March 2016.
