Frank PR Appointed To Deliveroo Account

Consumer PR agency Frank PR has announced it has won the Australian account for food delivery service Deliveroo following a competitive pitch.

Beating off competition from seven other agencies, Frank PR will handle all of the consumer PR for the rapidly-growing food delivery company in the local market, including media and influencer relations, content creation and amplification, and global and local campaign delivery.

Deliveroo’s head of consumer communications for the Asia Pacific and Middle East, Rachael Anderson, said: “The creativity of Frank PR really stood out.”

“They demonstrated a solid understanding of the business, the brief and the landscape, as well as a real passion for the brand. Their rave reviews from other clients further validated that they were the right partner for us.

“We’re gearing up for a big year of growth, as we expand our footprint, plus offer new initiatives that are set to provide further benefits to our customer community.  We’re really looking forward to delivering some exciting campaigns around these in partnership with Frank PR down under.”

Polly Atherton, managing director for Australia at Frank PR, said: “We’re a bunch of foodies at Frank, and we’re absolutely thrilled to be working with Deliveroo, a brand that doesn’t shy away from doing things differently.

“Winning such an innovative and rapidly-growing brand is certainly an exciting start to 2017.”
