Carat Sydney Appoints Jarrad Provis To Head Of Client Service

Carat Sydney is pleased to announce the appointment of Jarrad Provis to the newly-created position of head of client service, reporting into managing director Dan Sinfield as part of the agency’s executive leadership team.

Provis joins the Sydney team from the Carat Melbourne office, where he has been successfully leading the GM Holden account – one of the agency’s largest nationally – since joining the network in 2014. Well-regarded for his leadership capabilities and strategic acumen, Provis brings with him a proven track record of delivering best-in-class client service across a breadth of categories.

Paul Brooks, CEO of Carat ANZ, said, “The success of our clients always has been and will continue to be our priority. We’re fortunate to work with some amazing brands, and this appointment is about setting ourselves up to ensure we’re delivering them a standard of service that’s second to none.”

“Jarrad’s emphasis on and proven success in building strong, successful client relationships made him the ideal candidate for the role. It’s great to have been able to recruit from within the Carat network, and I look forward to welcoming Jarrad to the Sydney office.”

Provis said of his appointment: “In an industry like ours – one that feels like it’s changing enormously from day to day – the one constant I’ve witnessed is the power of high quality client service, a vision shared by the Carat leadership team. Sydney have a fantastic roster of clients and a hugely talented team; I’m very much looking forward to the opportunity to work closely with both.”

Provis will commence his new role in April.
