oOh! Media Appoints National Product Director

oOh! Media has appointed James (Jimmy) Rowlings as national product director For oOh! Retail.

Rowlings will work with the national commercial director of sales, Phil Eastwood, and commercial director of sales at oOh! Retail, Blair Hamilford, to drive growth for the company’s retail offering.

The executive has previously also worked in the Pay TV and music industries for companies including MTV, EMI and Ministry of Sound. Most recently he was a principal at communications consultancy, Brevity Consulting.

“We welcome Jimmy and look forward to leveraging his experience and tremendous knowledge of the media landscape to lead a talented team during implementation of our Retail growth strategy,” Eastwood said.

Rowlings said: “Next year is going to be another huge year of capital investment in digitising oOh!’s retail offering to deliver greater engagement between the advertisers and shoppers.

“Our recent ROI study showed that retail is one of the strongest mediums in delivering Return on Investment and we are also seeing billions of dollars being invested by the owners to develop their shopping centres into lifestyle destinations.

“All of these factors combined makes it an exciting time to be part of a team that will help shape the future of the powerful retail media.”
